All prices displayed on the Site are quoted in USD. We reserve the right to change prices for products at any time without prior notice. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price.

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. We may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We reserve the right to cancel an order at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or issues identified by our fraud prevention department.

By submitting an order, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the designated payment method and authorize us to charge your order to that payment method. 11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from or relating to the subject matter of these Terms shall be finally settled by arbitration. Any arbitration will be conducted in the English language under generally accepted commercial arbitration rules in the State of Delaware, by one arbitrator with experience in commercial contract disputes. The prevailing party in any arbitration or other proceeding arising under these Terms shall be entitled to receive reimbursement of its reasonable expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees, expert witness fees and all other expenses) incurred in connection therewith.

In the event that any provision of these Terms of Service is determined to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed to be severed from these Terms of Service, such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions.
